We are looking for analyst and developer who understands business analysis and project management of enterprise content management and workflow systems. We are looking for someone with around five years experience managing software development/integration teams as well as solution design/architecture experience in business process automation. Experience in the insurance and financial services would be considered a plus and working knowledge of OnBase, IBM CM, FileNet, or Documentum is desired. CDIA/CDIA certification is also a plus.
Candidates must be able to manage multidiscipline project teams and interact with customers at all levels in the organization. The ability to effectively communicate with business users and technical staff is considered a must, as is the ability to analyze business requirements and transform these into design specifications.
Sales
We are looking for someone interested in sales. We consider proven ECM Solution selling experience a huge plus. You must know how to identify interest, qualify needs and manage customer expectations.
